  1. Choose a base model from our Space Saver, Entry Level, Traditional, or Emerald Line collections

  2. Customize: Add slides, second swings, rock walls, picnic benches, enclosures, roofs, and color options

  3. Finalize the layout: We’ll help you figure out the best orientation and footprint for your swing and slide set — especially helpful if you’re working with a limited or oddly shaped yard

  4. Build and install: We handcraft your playset, sand and stain it, then deliver and install it onsite — no assembly required by you

  5. Optional maintenance: Over the years, we offer sanding, resealing, and parts repair so your outdoor playground equipment remains safe and beautiful

  • Why choose Emerald Playsets over a big box store?

    If price is your main concern, then yes. you should purchase the cheapest product. However, if QUALITY, SAFETY, AESTHETICS, and DURABILITY are at least equal if not HIGHER factors, then you should do your diligence and consider Emerald Playsets. 


    Our products are SOLID wood construction, not pressed wood, not laminated wood, not particle board, and not cheap thin (rustable) metal. This translates into a long-lasting, HIGH quality hand-crafted product. We all know sometimes quality suffers when products are mass-produced on an assembly line floor. 


    Why take a chance on allowing your children or grandchildren to play on something that was mass -produced with the cheapest available materials?

  • Can you ship the playset and I put it together myself?

    No. Playsets are NOT shipped unassembled or in boxes. We build each playset by hand on our production floor. They are fully crafted, sanded, and stained designs. We then ship (on our specially designed trailer) the fully assembled playset with our installation crew to your site and install it. 


    By the way, it takes us about 2 hours to install your set, that's faster than most people can put together a playset from a set of complicated instructions.


    When we quote you a price, delivery and installation are included.

  • What areas do you deliver your playsets to?

    Our typical delivery area includes Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas. However, we have delivered literally throughout the entire contiguous US and will be happy to do so on a case-by-case basis.

  • How long does playset installation take?

    It depends on 3 things: the path we have to take to get to the installation site, the installation site conditions, and the size of the Emerald Playset you have purchased. 


    Of course, if the route to your installation site is flat, level, and encumbrance (trees/powerlines/fences/ravines, etc.) free; then that will take less time than a rocky, hilly, swampy route.


    Once at the installation site: our smaller systems take about 30-90 mins. Our larger Playsets can take up to 3 hours. Generally, 80% of our installs take 1-2 hours once we arrive.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes. Emerald Playsets offers payment plans and rent-to-own options. Emerald Playsets has a wide range of playset sizes and customization options, making it easy for us to build a playset that fits within any budget.

  • What if my yard is not level?

    No problem — we’ve got you covered. When our team installs your playset, we make sure it sits safely and securely, even on uneven ground. We use a combination of shims and support blocks under the playset’s base to adjust for slope or irregularities. That way, the structure is leveled properly and all the components align as intended.


    If you have concerns about terrain—such as steep slopes, rocky soil, or drainage issues—we can evaluate those ahead of delivery and discuss whether additional site preparation might be needed. Our goal is to ensure your playset is stable, safe, and works well in your yard from day one.

  • Which playsets come with swings?

    All of our playsets include swings as part of the design. The best part is that you get to customize them to fit your family’s needs. You can choose the type of swing (belt swings, toddler swings, tire swings, and more) and decide how many swings you’d like on your playset. Our team will help guide you through the options so your playset is set up just the way you want it.

Every few years, it's important to care for your wooden playset to help it achieve it's maximum lifespan. For our past customers, we offer a complete maintenance program that includes light sanding, checking and tightening any fasteners or connection points, and resealing/staining your playset.
